Philosophy

We adopt sustainable, long term, enduring outcomes in everything we do for all stakeholders and in doing so, have a robust business model which cannot but work for all those involved with this business.

We want to be known as people who, when we say that we can do something, do it well and if we cannot, state clearly that we cannot.

We believe that all our stakeholders i.e. clients, candidates, employees, sub-contractors, suppliers and government agencies are critical to our success and we want to ensure they all are delighted with their working experience with us.

We have created a business model which forces us to do business ethically since we enjoy very much what we do and wish to continue doing this for a long length of time.

We want a business model which creates repeat business.

We want to become the preferred company within this niche and want to built successful relationships not only with existing stakeholders but also with stakeholders temporarily leaving our business – given that what we do is a niche business and we get called only when the need is relevant and within our area of expertise.

We recognize that potential customers of ours may have been burned by recruitment agencies in the past. A desire by them not to currently deal with us – has more to do with their past experience – not the one they are about to experience.
